Through the CliftonStrengths® tool by Gallup,
we help bring clients from Talent to Strength.
It is our desire that everyone harness the power of their Strengths to realize their potential. We have developed a variety of individual coaching and group training packages to suit your needs and budgets. We want you to feel at ease working with us, so if you aren’t sure which package or training will work for you or your group, we would love to discuss with you about our approach, your objectives, and how we can best help meet your needs and goals.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING PACKAGES
Individual coaching starts with your CliftonStrengths® (formerly StrengthsFinder) results. It is a great way to invest in yourself whether for personal or professional reasons. Once you better understand your talents and how they show up in your life, coaching can be an incredibly useful tool to help you solve problems, navigate challenges and reach the goals you (and others) set for you.

Each of our individual coaching packages include a CliftonStrengths 34 (formerly StrengthsFinder) assessment code. The coaching journey and developing your strengths is a process. In order to maximize the most out of your CliftonStrengths 34 results, we offer packages with 3, 5 or 10 one-hour individual coaching sessions. Depending on your location, our coaching sessions can be held in-person, over the phone, or online.
Strengths 101
DISCOVER Your Strengths is a great way to understand the basics of the Strengths framework; how your talents impact you in your respective roles at home and at work.

Your coaching journey begins with a personal code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder), after which you’ll receive your CliftonStrengths 34 report.
You’ll also undergo three hour-long coaching sessions spaced at timely intervals. During these sessions we will help you understand your assessment results and coach you on how to develop your talents.

If you’re looking for a deeper understanding of your talents and how you can maximize them, GROW in Your Strengths is for you (no prerequisites required). Your coaching journey begins with a personal code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder), after which you’ll receive your CliftonStrengths 34 report. You’ll also undergo five hour-long coaching sessions spaced at timely intervals.
The five sessions allows us the time to go deeper into how you use your talents, how they can help you and potentially get in your way, and how to better understand your team or the people around you. You’ll also learn strategies on how to apply your talents in making decisions, achieving goals and improving relational dynamics.

Strengths 301
THRIVE in Your Strengths will take you deeper and farther into the Strengths Journey. This can be a powerful tool especially for those in positions of management and leadership.
Your coaching journey begins with a personal code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder), after which you’ll receive your CliftonStrengths 34 report. You’ll also undergo ten hour-long coaching sessions spaced at timely intervals.
These ten sessions will allow you to get an in-depth look to develop your dominant talents, strategize and create a plan to use them to transform your life. During your coaching sessions, we'll approach your role as a leader or manager through the lens of your strengths, and increase your education about supervising to take you and your team to the next level.

GROUP TRAINING
AND WORKSHOPS
Group training is an incredibly effective investment in your team, department, or organization. By learning to develop CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder),
it gives teams a common language with which to communicate and be understood.
The group/team workshops are especially powerful when combined with personal strengths coaching to help individual supervisors and team members with the following:
• Helps leaders, managers and team members gain an awareness and
appreciation of their talents within the context of their roles and assignments 

• Promotes team unity and relationships through the understanding of each
individual’s differences 

• Improve communication and collaboration of the team 

• Better efficiency and effectiveness in executing and achieving team goals

PACKAGES
LEVEL 1- DISCOVER Your Strengths Workshop
DISCOVER
The DISCOVER Your Strengths Workshop aims to introduce the group to strengths-based principles and how it benefits them individually and interactively as a whole. This workshop can be conducted as a stand-alone activity or as part of a team building weekend. As a prerequisite to the team program, each participant must take the CliftonStrengths Top 5 (formerly StrengthsFinder) online assessment. Codes to take the CliftonStrengths assessment are not included, but can be purchased separately.
Each workshop includes a 1-Hour Personal Strengths Coaching for Directors, Managers or Team leaders on Strengths Based Leadership. The session will help the individual understand their unique strengths within the context of managing others. As such, it is also highly recommended that they upgrade to the CliftonStrengths 34 or CliftonStrengths Manager/Leaders’ report.
LEVEL 2- GROW in Your Strengths Workshop
GROW
The GROW in Your Strengths Workshop aims to take the team deeper into how your talents show up in daily life, how they can help you or potentially get in your way, and how to better understand your team or the people around you. You’ll also learn strategies on how to apply your talents in making decisions, achieving goals and improving relational dynamics.
Prerequisite:
Must have completed Level 1: DISCOVER Your Strengths Workshop
Or a customized workshop can be planned by combining few or all elements of Level 1 and Level 2 Workshops.
Each workshop includes a 1-Hour Personal Strengths Coaching for Directors, Managers or Team leaders on Strengths Based Leadership.
LEVEL 3- THRIVE in Your Strengths Workshop
THRIVE
In THRIVE in Your Strengths Workshop, since the team would have a great foundation in their strengths, we will take you deeper look and focus on specialized topics within the Strengths journey. Some topics include how your strengths can affect how you deal with change, stress triggers, communication styles, etc. This workshop will also help the team go beyond awareness and appreciation of their individual talents to then the team harnessing application of their talents as a collective whole.

Must have completed Level 2: Grow in Your Strengths Workshop
Each workshop includes a 1-Hour Personal Strengths Coaching for Directors, Managers or Team leaders on Strengths Based Leadership.
